Scott White

Scott White is an Integrative Health and Fitness Consultant, Tai Chi Qigong Teacher, Personal Fitness Trainer and Gym Owner.

Scott’s focus is on teaching conscious, radiant Tai Chi Qigong movements, stretching, breathing techniques and meditation to help neutralize stress and toxic energy, regulate the nervous system as well as align mind, emotions, body and spirit. Open up energy blockages through meridian/fascia stretching, improve fitness/performance/mobility/balance and strength through functional fitness coaching and balance energy flow through external Qi healing practices  associated with anxiety, depression and stress.  Caring very much to help people create harmony in the lives, Scott harnesses his own internal energy practice to aid individuals in raising their vibration and realizing their full potential.

Scott’s Tai Chi lineage is from Master Jesse Tsao and Grandmaster Victor Fu Shenglong. His Qigong lineage is from an ancient Daoist community in the Wudang Mountains in China called the Celestial Teachers (Tian Shi) taught by Eternal Spring (Yong Chun) and Jade Unity (Yu Yi). Scott’s direct teacher is Dr. Roger Jahnke.

Scott has been a Personal Fitness/Sports Performance Coach since 1991 and a gym owner since 1998. He has been a Meridian/Fascia stretching facilitator since 2008 and Tai Chi Qigong Teacher since 2006.
